Darrin was sitting at home on the couch with a book in hand with a pair of wireframes on his face. He had a thumb in his mouth, gnawing at the nail.

Angel had just taken another shower, getting as much out of having on available as she could. She padded into the living room and saw Darrin reading, and biting on his nail. She always HATED that about her brother and sister, they chewed on their nails like it was going out of style.

“Shouldn’t do that, it’s a nasty habit.” She said quietly.

Darrin jolted slightly, coming out of his Harry Potter fantasy world and looking up towards Angel. He smiled and closed his book, removing his thumb from his nail.

"Sorry, didn't know that bothered you." He said, quickly wiping his hand off on ihs pants as he got up and walked over towards her. "Another shower?" He asked, reaching out to pick up a chunk of her blond hair, letting it fall down back onto her shoulder as he released it.[/i]

“Yeah,” Angel nodded. She only jolted slightly upon him reaching out for her hair. But over the passed few days she had learned she could trust him. So she still would flinch out of habit but she wouldn’t cower away or duck her head down, or even wince her eyes shut when he reached for her.

Darrin slowly pulled his hand back and bit at his lip, forcing a smile.

"Sorry." He said.

Angel cast her gaze downward, feeling guilty for her skittishness. Darrin had proven to be one of the nicest and kindest people she had ever met. And she was thankful for that.

“Ah…No, you’re fine…I’m sorry.” She said quietly, clearing her throat.

"Its fine, really, I understand." Darrin smiled some. He wanted to reach out and muss up Angel's hair out of fondness, but refrained from doing so. He licked at his lips and went to say something else when he heard three girlish squeals coming down the stairs. He glanced up to see his three sisters chasing one another down teh stairs with grins on their faces as well as some make-up.

Angel with wide eyes and backed up slightly; startled from the sudden outburst. After staying here for so long she had gotten somewhat used to squealing girls, running through the house.

The girls all paused at the foot of the stairs and looked to Angel and Darrin, grinning.

"Darry, Angel, we have favors for you guys!" Alycia grinned.

"Angel, you're all kinds of pretty, and Darrin...well...he's not." Leah said, sauntering forward with a brush in hand and a grin on her sculpted face. Clearly she had her father's more angular features like Darrin.

"So we were kind of wondering if maybe we could do you guys up." Kaylah giggled before Leah could get to the point.

“Oh um…I dunno…” Angel sputtered, looking around. “I mean, I-I guess so, I don’t think I’d mind it.” She added quietly, looking down at the floor with a slight rosy blush from being called pretty.

"Really?" Alycia asked, excitedly.

"No, no, no, absolutely not." Darrin tried to retort, but it was already too late. Both of his older sisters hurried over to him and grabbed him up, hurrying towards the stairs with him in tow, leaving Angel to Alycia.

Angel watched Darrin get carried away and she looked Alycia and put her hands up in surrender. As though to say, you don’t have to drag me, I’ll walk.And she went on ahead and walked up the steps behind the group.

Alycia grinned and trotted along after her siblings and Angel. Leah and Kaylah had dragged Darrin into the bedroom they all shared and bound him to a chair with several different articles of clothing and/or sheets as per usual. Alycia pointed to a chair next to Darrin's at the vanity.

"You can sit there." She said.
