Such as a spinach chicken combo, a grilled veggie one, a steak and swiz cheese, a sausage and sauteed red onion one. Cut them in half and let people choose what one they want, serve with a garden salad or Cesar salad or a tomato arugula salad. Make it more than just pepperoni pizza and it will not seem too casual but casual enough that people would have a fantastic time.
