Just serve a nice variety of pizza choices, some sandwiches, salad, and a pasta choice. Talk with the restaurant - they probably has experience in catering and could guide your choices. As far as the pizza slices, I agree with you that's are the slices from larger pizzas could be unwieldy. Ask the restaurant to cut the pizzas in squares. Plus you get more slices from each pizza.
